Oxford Wakeboard & Ski Club was formed by a group of keen wakeboarders and water skiers who shared the same passion and devotion to their sport. The Oxford WSC is a “not for profit” members club but we cater for and welcome all ages and abilities from beginner to professional.
We run 2 MasterCraft competition boats. The MasterCraft X2 is an awesome wakeboard boat fitted with a tower for a monster wake. The MasterCraft ProStar 190 is used for beginner riders and slalom skiers and is also fitted with a tower but has the added advantage of a training boom for beginner lessons. Both boats are equipped with Perfect Pass cruise control to guarantee the most accurate towing speeds and both have been converted to run on LPG (Liquid Propane Gas) so we don’t pollute the air or water!
We also have a large selection of equipment including boards, skis and wetsuits so even if you are new to the sports we can get you out on the water in a safe, fun and friendly environment.
We are affiliated to British Water Ski & Wakeboard (the National Governing Body for water skiing in Great Britain) and we operate from a modest clubhouse at Queenford Lakes Watersports Centre in South Oxfordshire (OX10 7PQ). The Club is easily accessible from main roads, bus or train.
We always need new members especially those willing to learn to drive or get involved with the day to day running of the club.
